These policies apply to BauWebStudio, a digital services agency providing logos, websites, and software development services. Contact: info@bauwebstudio.de

1.1 Business Status & Operator

BauWebStudio is operated as an independent digital services provider under an individual business registration. Payments may be processed through accounts held in the name of AMS Loonbedrijf, acting as the authorized business operator for BauWebStudio. A valid KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number is displayed on the website for business identification purposes.

1.2 Scope of Services

BauWebStudio provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Software and web application development
• Logo and brand identity design

Services are offered via pre-defined packages listed on the website or through custom proposals requested via consultation forms.

1.3 Packages, Pricing & Consultation

• Package prices, descriptions, timelines, and included features are clearly listed on the website
• Each package includes an option to request a consultation before or after purchase
• Submitting a consultation form does not create a binding agreement or obligation to purchase

1.4 Project Initiation & Client Responsibilities

A project officially starts once payment (full or partial, as stated on the invoice) is received. The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements, content, and materials
• Respond in a timely manner to approvals and feedback requests

Delays caused by the client do not constitute a breach of contract.

1.5 Revisions & Deliverables

Revisions are limited to what is explicitly stated in the purchased package or written agreement. Work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

Final deliverables are provided only after full payment has been received.

1.6 Payments & Billing

• Payments are processed via third-party payment processors, including Oceanpayment
• BauWebStudio does not store or process payment card data
• Invoices are issued electronically via email

Clients are responsible for applicable taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges.

1.7 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment
• BauWebStudio may display completed work in its portfolio
• Drafts and unused concepts remain property of BauWebStudio

1.8 Third-Party Services

We may use or integrate third-party hosting, APIs, plugins, or tools. BauWebStudio is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third parties.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

BauWebStudio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the related service.

1.10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Payments made remain non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

1.11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union commercial and consumer protection principles unless local law requires otherwise.
