Refund Policy

These policies apply to BauWebStudio, a digital services agency providing logos, websites, and software development services. Contact: info@bauwebstudio.de

3.1 Digital & Customized Services

All services offered by BauWebStudio are digital and customized in nature. Therefore:

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Initiation includes project planning, requirement analysis, design drafts, or development setup

3.2 Pre-Work Cancellation

A cancellation may be eligible for a partial refund only if:

• No work has been started
• A written request is sent within 24 hours of payment

Payment gateway fees, currency conversion charges, and processing costs are non-refundable.

3.3 Package Consultations

Consultation requests submitted through package forms are free unless explicitly stated otherwise and do not guarantee refunds on paid services.

3.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact BauWebStudio before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may result in service suspension and legal recovery actions.

3.5 Service Corrections

If delivered work does not align with the agreed package scope, BauWebStudio will provide reasonable corrections or revisions as the sole remedy.
